Vea cómo se cierra un expediente, de principio a fin.

Every regulated file starts the same way. You need documents from someone. You need to know they are who they say they are. And you need it to hold up later. So you email. You chase.

You get a photograph of a passport taken at an angle, a form filled in wrong, a signature pasted from another document. And when someone asks you, two years from now, to prove what happened — you have a folder. A folder is not evidence. This is Trust Ledger — where every document becomes evidence. One platform that does three things completely: collects your documents, signs them, and manages the contracts they become. Built for law firms, brokerages, and immigration practices — for anyone who collects sensitive documents for a living.

Every signature ships with two-factor authentication and biometric identity verification — built in for everyone, not reserved for an enterprise tier. This is one request. Eleven emails become one link. Not one document sent to one person — one file, with everyone on it. The applicant. The co-applicant.

The guarantor, the witness, the notary, if the matter needs them. And starting one takes about a minute. Name it. Add your people. Drop a signature zone for each signer; attach each person's checklist — hers, and his. Send.

Everything comes back to one screen, for your approval. Each person gets their own link, their own list, and their own turn. The co-applicant cannot see the applicant's bank statement. The witness cannot see either. And the order you set is the order that happens — the second signer does not become the first because they opened their email sooner. Most tools send a document out.

Trust Ledger also brings everything in — uploads, forms, completed PDFs and signatures — through one door, on one file, in one sequence. Before anyone touches a legal instrument, Trust Ledger establishes who they are. A one-time code to the number on file. Then ShieldID — biometric identity verification. Their government photo ID, captured and read. A live face match against it.

Not a photograph of a photograph. A person, present, matched to their document. Consent is asked for properly and recorded against the jurisdiction the client is in, because the rules in Quebec are not the rules in Texas. And the biometric data itself is not retained — the verification is the record, not the face. The result travels with the file. Not in an email.

On the signature. When the last party signs, the signature is written into the document itself. Open the PDF anywhere, forever, offline — the marks are in the file. Not a row in a database that says the word "signed". Then the part most tools leave out entirely: your review. Nothing completes because a client pressed submit.

You approve each item, or you send one back with a reason — and only that item reopens. Everything they already gave you stays. They correct one field; they do not start again. And when a document itself has to change, that is a new round of the same file — not a new file. The earlier round, with its signatures and its dates, stays exactly where it is. A signed instrument cannot be quietly edited, deleted, or sent back.

It can only be superseded, on the record. Closing the file does one more thing. Everything you collected becomes part of that client's profile — under the name of the fact, not the name of the form. So the next matter, on a different template, opens already knowing their date of birth. And when something changes, you see that it changed, when, and what it was before. Ask the client once.

Not once per matter. Once. Signing is where most platforms stop. It is where the obligation starts. Intelligent Contract Management reads what you have signed and tells you what it commits you to. Obligations, with dates.

Renewals, before they renew themselves. Exposure across the whole portfolio, not one agreement at a time. Ask it a question in your own words and it answers from your own contracts — and cites them. Every answer points at the clause it came from, so you can check it. An answer you cannot check is an opinion. Draft against your playbook, redline against your standard position, and route it for approval by the people who are actually allowed to give it.

And your client never has to know our name. Trust Ledger runs under your brand — your logo, your colours, your domain. Send clients to a branded page, or embed the whole thing inside the product you already sell, white-label, so it reads as yours because it is yours. Underneath, it is a platform. An API, keys you control, webhooks into your own systems, and a sandbox that cannot touch live client data. Build on it, or simply use it.

Two years from now, a signature is challenged. 'That isn't my signature. I never signed anything.' You don't argue. You open the record. The signed document. The identity verified behind it.

The timestamps, the hash, every step of the trail. And under every mark, a fingerprint of its origin: the IP address. The device. The operating system. Browser, or native app. Captured at the moment of signing — and for every action on the platform.

If it ever goes further — the internet provider's own records can put a name to that IP address, at that moment. Not just 'signed.' Who. Where. On what. Provable. Ready for the auditor, the regulator, or the court.

Everything you have just seen leaves a record. Who was asked. Who opened it. How they proved who they were. What they sent. Who approved it, and when.

And none of it is locked away. Every request, every signature, every approval — full forensic detail, in the activity log, on every plan. The whole story, start to end. No tickets. No waiting. Written once.

Not editable — not by your staff, not by ours. Each firm's records sealed off from every other firm's, at the database itself. That is the ledger. The workflow is what you use every day. The ledger is what you have two years from now, when somebody asks. Trust Ledger.
